The former D.A. [[Harvey Dent|Two Face]] has took a security guard hostage in a bank vault. He decides to kill the guard, before Batman arrives at the scene. Two Face manages to lure Batman into a bomb with the security guard in, suspends the bomb above the city, and then escapes. Batman manages to save the guard and himself, but cannot stop Dent leaving the scene.
